TILT-UP CONSTRUCTION
Yocom was an early adopter of the highly efficient and cost-effective tilt-up method of concrete construction, and we continue to be one of the leading concrete contractors in the west coast tilt-up marketplace.
Since the mid-1970s, we have been responsible for forming, curing, and finishing our own tilt-up components on-site. This approach allows us to deliver the highest quality concrete to our clients at competitive prices. Over the years, we have consistently pushed the boundaries of what is achievable with tilt-up construction.
Today, we are constructing larger, seismic-resistant tilt-ups with clear heights exceeding 75 feet, catering to the evolving needs of e-commerce, state-of-the-art logistics, and distribution facilities throughout the western United States.
CAST-IN-PLACE CONSTRUCTION
Our Cast-In-Place (CIP) Structures Division offers concrete solutions for various project requirements, including post-tension, sub-terranean shotcrete work and mid-rise structures. We own all our own wall and deck forming systems. All finish and forming work are completed with our own teams.
Our CIP projects encompass a wide range of sectors, including the world’s largest metal press, commercial offices, apartment complexes, entertainment centers & museums, and more.
