1978: Guy Yocom started his concrete company in Redlands, CA
1982: Yocom's first tilt-up building was actually a single-family residence
1988: Yocom constructed the Honda Warehouse in Ontario - our first million square foot building
1992: Desert Law and Justice Center - Yocom's start in the cast-in-place concrete construction
2003: Moved Corporate office from Redlands, CA to Norco, CA
2004: Constructed the Target Import and Distribution facility in Rialto - 3.3 Million Square feet
2008: Yocom pours 6' thick hospital foundation - 9,800 CYDS in a single continuous pour over 14 hours. 130 concrete trucks and 8 concrete pumps used for the operation.
2015: Yocom begins foundation construction for the largest aerospace metal press - 65,000 Ton Press
2018: Company surpassed 1,000 employees and opens a NorCal office
2019: Lifted heaviest panel in our history - Project Cherry. Panel weight - 426,000 and 75' tall
2021: Company annual revenue grows to more than $350,000,000 and placed over 30,000,000 SQ FT of concrete
